Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on all orders over $85.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all US states where the sale of our products is legally permitted. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Restricted States & Locations Certain products may not be available for shipment to all states due to local laws and regulations. If your order contains a product that cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your order and refunded.
Age Verification All orders are subject to age verification. We do not ship to anyone under 21 years of age. Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order through our website or directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages TopClass Puffs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at support@topclasspuffs.com with photos of the damage.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TopClass Puffs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.
